Oi kesäkuu. Olit aivan ihana, täydellisen kaunis, lumoava. Täynnä toinen toistaan hienompia hetkiä. Tässä ensimmäinen osa kuvista, alkukuusta. Kun vihreä oli vielä aika uutta, kun koko kesä oli vasta edessä. Oli valoa, lintujen lauluja, paljon lisää kukkasia ja täydellinen retki meren rantaan.
/ Oh June. You were absolutely lovely, perfectly beautiful, enchanting. Full of more and more greater moments. Here's the first part of the pictures, from the start of the month. When the green was still quite new, when the whole summer was still ahead. There was light, singing birds, lot's more flowers and a perfect trip to the sea.

Taianomainen auringonlasku ja hiljaisuus Siikarannassa. Muuten täydellistä mutta hyttysiä oli ehkäpä maailman eniten. / Magical sunset and silence in Siikaranta. Almost perfect but there were probably all the mosquitos in the world.
Voiko olla kauniimpaa? / Can there be anything more beautiful?
Oi lupiiinit! Oi syreenit! / Oh lupines! Oh lilacs!
Tämäkin oli täydellistä. Kuuma kesäpäivä meren rannalla, vilvoittava tuuli, rauhallinen Yyterin koiraranta, merestä ja auringosta nauttivat tytöt ja koirat, hyviä eväitä, loikoilua. / This was perfect too. Hot summerday by the sea, cooling wind, peaceful dog-beach in Yyter, girls & dogs enjoying the sun and the sea, good snacks, lazying around.
Olimme taas kerran yötä Siikarannan leirintäalueella ja Minttu piti vahtia pienen mökkimme terassilla. Hieman harmitti kun aiemmin niin ihana ja tunnelmallinen leirintäalue oli aivan tupaten täynnä - hyvin näki kotimaan matkailun suosion, etenkin asuntoautoilun. Jotenkin hurjaa ja outoa. Hienoa myös mutta itselle tuli ahdistunut olo - liikaa ihmisiä joka puolella.
/ We stayed the night once again in Siikaranta Camping and Minttu was guarding on the terrace of our tiny cabin. We were bit upset because campsite used to be so lovely and atmospheric and now it was crowded. You could really see how the traveling in(side) Finland has become super popular now, and especially with campers etc. Felt somehow weird and crazy. It's great but I/we felt anxious - too many people everywhere.
Melkein kaikki tästä hetkestä otetut kuvat ovat täynnä tuollaisia harmaita läiskiä - hyttysiä. Niitä oli oikeasti aivan älyttömästi! / Almost all the pictures from this moment are full of those grey spots - mowquitos. There were just so many!
Lähdimme katsomaan kukkivia omenapuita jotka olivatkin jo tiputtaneet terälehtensä - mutta löytyi muita kauniita paikkoja ja kävi myös niin että mies nosti minut puuhun :) / We went to see blossoming appletrees but they had already dropped their petals - however, we found other pretty places and also this happened, husband lifted me on to a tree :)
Viimeisenä koulupäivänä! En saanut Peppiä hymyilemään (aikainen aamu, ymmärrettävää) ja Elli tapansa mukaan poseerasi sitäkin enemmän. En kestä. Mutta, tässä olivat viimeiset hetket tokaluokkalaisena ja vielä hurjempaa, viimeiset hetket ala-asteella!! Apua. / On their last day of school! I couldn't get Peppi to smile (it was early morning so I understand) and Elli, like she does, posed liked a pro. I can't handle them. But here were their last moments of a second-grader and even crazier, last moments of elementary school!! Help.
Aamu Siikarannassa. En keksi sanoja kuvaamaan tätä hetkeä. Jo kahdeksalta aivan lämmintä, niin tyyntä ja hiljaista. Meren ja taivaan rajaa ei erottanut. / Morning in Siikaranta. I have no words to describe this moment. All warm already at eight in the morning, so calm and quiet. You really couldn't see the line between sky and the sea.
Yksi kesän lempihetkistä oli aamu läheisellä pienellä niityllä. Aurinko oli noussut jo aikoja sitten mutta pysyi vielä hetken puiden takana piilossa. Kaikki oli ihan kosteaa aamukasteesta ja lopulta kun aurinko osui heiniin ja kukkasiin, ne kimmelsivät niin kauniisti. Muutamia ohikulkevia lenkkeilijöitä lukuunottamatta oli hiljaista. Otin kuvia kaikessa rauhassa ja nautin aamuauringosta ja omasta hetkestäni. / One of my favorite moments this summer was this morning on a near little meadow. The sun had rised ages ago but was still behind the trees for a while. Everything was wet because of morning dew and finally, when the sun hit to the hays and flowers, the glistened so beautifully. Except few people passing by, it was quiet. I took pictures and enjoyed the morning sun and my own moment.
Grilliruokaa kallioilla. Maistui muuten aika hyvältä pitkän rantapäivän jälkeen. / Grill-food on the rocks. It tasted quite good after all day at the beach.
Tähän hetkeen olisin voinut jäädä tuntikausiksi. Ihan koko kesäkuuhun olisin voinut jäädä kuukausiksi, venyttää sitä puolen vuoden pituiseksi. / I could've stayed in this moment for hours. I could've stayed in the whole June for months, to stretch it last for half a year.
